REFUND POLICY
At Creativelink Solutions, we are committed to providing quality design services that meet our clients’ needs and expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties and is based on the scope and progress of the work. Please review the following conditions carefully.
DESIGN REFUND POLICY
Full Refund: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the design process has not yet begun, provided the request is made within 24 hours of the payment date, up until 24:00 PHT the following day. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged by the third-party payment gateway and is not retained by Creativelink Solutions.
Partial refund: If any preliminary work (such as domain name registration, mood boards, wireframes, or rough drafts) has been started, a partial refund may be offered upon cancellation, based on the progress made in the project. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged by the third-party payment gateway and is not retained by Creativelink Solutions.
The refund calculation is based on the full service amount, not the deposit or discounted amount.

DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS
Partial refund after first draft: Once a first draft or initial design is delivered, partial refund will be provided unless otherwise agreed upon. This is to cover the time, effort, and resources already committed to your project.
Request for changes: If the client requests revisions or changes after the first draft, these are generally covered by the initial agreement. However, significant changes exceeding two may incur additional fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Client-initiated cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, a refund will only be issued for the remaining balance, excluding the work that has been completed up until that point.
Company-initiated cancellation: If, for any reason, Creativelink Solutions is unable to fulfill the design project due to valid unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the client. However, this applies only to new projects that have not yet progressed.
DISSATISFACTION WITH FINAL DESIGN
No refund for final designs: Once the final design is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the service has been completed.
Resolution of concerns: If the client is dissatisfied with the final design, we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue through additional revisions at a minimal fee. However, no refund will be provided for a completed project.
TIME FRAME FOR PARTIAL REFUND REQUEST
Partial refund requests must be made within 2-3 days of design submission. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Disputes and mediation: In the event of a dispute regarding the services provided, we encourage an open and respectful conversation to resolve the matter. Mediation may be pursued if necessary.
