General terms
By engaging with our design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to all projects and services provided by Creativelink Solutions.

Project scope
Each project will have a defined scope outlined in the project brief or contract. Any changes or additional requests outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to initiate any design work.
• The remaining balance is due before the final deliverables are handed over.
• Payments can be made using credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors, such as PayPal. For more information on how your payment details are handled, please refer to PayPal’s Privacy Policy.
• Late payments may incur a 3% fee for each week overdue.

Refund policy

• No refunds will be issued once the final artwork have been submitted or once the website has gone live.
• Refunds will be considered at various stages. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Revisions

• The number of revisions included in the project fee will be specified in the contract.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final design files.
• The agency retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing.

Project timeline

• Notification of delay: If the client anticipates a delay in providing necessary materials or feedback, we request that they notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust timelines accordingly.
• Extended deadlines: In the event of a late submission, we will work with the client to set a new, realistic deadline. However, this may impact the overall project timeline.
• Impact on delivery: Late submissions may result in delayed delivery of the final design. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions, but deadlines may need to be adjusted depending on the extent of the delay.
• Additional fees: If the delay is significant and affects the project schedule or incurs additional work (such as last-minute revisions or expedited services), additional fees may apply.
• Final delivery: If the client submits materials late, we cannot guarantee that the final design will be delivered by the original deadline.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our website, services, or communications.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• If the client terminates the project before completion, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
• The agency reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches the terms or fails to make timely payments.

Limitation of liability

• The agency is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the design services provided.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that the final design complies with all legal requirements.
